This quote is basically saying that you can do whatever you
want, whatever you aspire. You can’t put a limit on dreams or desires, if you
hope for something long enough you might be able to make it a reality. Also you shouldn't let anyone disrupt your dreams; go for whatever makes you happy. Of course,
if what makes you happy is something along the lines of murder, rape, torture,
animal cruelty, abuse, and anything else immoral or illegal then you should
probably not do that, please.
