Top 5 Heart Health Tips
1.     Try to keep a healthy diet.
2.    Avoid smoking.
3.    Keep an active lifestyle.
4.    Maintaining a healthy body weight.
5.    Reduce your stress.

In order to improve my health, I will eat healthier and have a more active lifestyle. I already have a somewhat healthy diet, I don’t eat much junk food or candies and I love foods like salads, fruit, and vegetables. I should really focus on drinking more water though because I do drink a lot of juices and sodas and not enough water. I do not have an active lifestyle, I do not like to play sports and I only exercise at school. I need to incorporate some sort of physical exercise in my life in order to balance out my health.
